worldwide membership organization, and services are

The package contains three stand alone "service packages"
or programs; Namely: The Specialty Collateral Consulting

each of these service packages contains two or three
smaller programs. Next, after reading the entire application
information package, determine which of the programs
outlined seem to fit your particular need. Then buy
into that program. Your purchase into the program
comes with a special assigned registered number that
allows you to submit your project to us for consideration.
Not only that. Your purchase also entitles you to
a free ongoing consultation and other relevant services
as well. That's why we call each program a service
package. Over the years we've found out that many
projects fit the services under the program titled

As I have indicated previously, ours is a membership
organization. This allows us to provide consulting
services only to those who have registered with our
firm. This requirement is necessary because your registration
as a member in any of our service packages brings
you everything you will need to understand and use
our services. Materials will include the necessary
training tools, forms and documentation that you or
your client will need to complete for the requisite
funding and/or collateral enhancements and other consulting
services available to you.

Can You Refer Me To One Of Your Members So I Can
Work With?

Unfortunately NO! We do not act as a clearing house
for members. Besides, our regulations prohibit us
from doing that. However, you may choose to work with
other consultants out there (may include some of
our members) who constantly advertise their services.
Check in your local, national and international publications.

we are NOT a non- profit organization. You may check
with your area non-profit organizations or call your
governor's office. They usually have monies set aside
for situations such as yours. You may also contact
the Home Ownership Assistance program or an agency
with similar names in your area. They should be able
